I'm all healthy now, but still extremely lazy. So, to sum up the past several weeks:

My brother Ty got married, and I looked damn cute in my NYE dress. He and Kara also looked cute, but as we know, it's all about me. It was a good wedding: nice short ceremony, lots of dancing. And Kara's pretty damn cool, so I approve heartily.

Went to see Carmen, which was pretty good. The toreador wasn't much to watch, but I suppose when you have intensive voice training, you don't end up with a lot of time to learn to act. Carmen wasn't the sex kitten she probably ought to have been, but she had her moments, and apparently the Carmen in the other cast was much worse on that front. All in all, it was very pretty to listen to, and they did some fascinating stuff with the sets, so I was happy.

I went to the dentist after four years of no insurance, and after building it up in my head, it actually wasn't all that bad. Apparently I have very good teeth, so yay.

Back in college, I had a senior seminar entirely devoted to Hamlet. We wrote a lot of papers, and read Freud, who I think had no business messing around with a perfectly fine play. We had to critique our classmates' papers, which were sometimes very, very bad. At the end of the quarter, we had to do a final thesis. I wish this had been mine. It's about time we lit-geeks took the internet back from all those other geeks.

The internet is home to a great many things, and about 99% of them are really fuckin' weird. This is one of them. Please join me in a rousing chorus of "what the fuck????"

And of course, what would the internet be without porn? The porn segment and the really weird segment have a whole lot of crossover. This one's just funny, though.

And I always suspected those ducks were up to something.

I have a cold. Everything hurts. My body jewelry hurts. I'm not even sure how that's possible, but it does.

After sleeping pretty much all weekend, I woke up at 5:30 this morning. Showered. Went to work. Stopped for coffee, which I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to do; it seems like you can't have anything tasty when you're sick.

I can't think of anything funny to say, but Zach said he was tired of reading about Legend, so now you can all read about My Pain.

Achoo.
